Etron provides an AI back-office assistant for small businesses (the “Service”), operated from Malaysia. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

• Etron assists with business operations — answering customer messages, recording orders, drafting invoices and payment reminders. Actions with financial effect require the business owner’s approval.
• AI-generated responses can be imperfect. The business remains responsible for reviewing and confirming prices, totals, and commitments made to its customers.
• Businesses must use connected channels (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram) in compliance with those platforms’ own terms and messaging policies.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, spam, harassment, or misuse of customer data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or platform policies.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
